I just joined a few weeks ago. The only surveys I have been sent are the personal profile. Three times the EXACT same survey. The second time I received it I thought well maybe I didn't completed all the answers the first time, so I completed it again. The third time after completing a few of the same questions yet again (by then I pretty much had them memorized), I thought if they can't even get the initial profiles handled in a correct manner, what makes me think they could correctly keep tabs of reward points. I take surveys to do something when I'm bored and gain a few reward points, NOT to be aggrevated by this company's incompetence.

I am leaving Harris Poll. The rewards are poor at best. I work with other groups that are so much better. I was not in it for what I could get but when you work so long just to build a few points and they take them away, it is ridiculous. They said I did not take a survey for over 9 months. I reply to all surveys. If I did not reply, I did not receive one. I feel I did receive one and I did respond but even if they are right, that means they did not send one. This is not my fault. I am closing out my account. It took me years to build a few thousand points which buys very little and now I do not even have that. Beware, this could happen to anyone and they say they have no control to reset my points.
